They are needed for proper digestion and also perform a number of useful functions, such as preventing the overgrowth of yeast and other pathogens, and synthesizing B-complex vitamins and vitamin K. It is advisable to use a probiotic during and after a course of antibiotics to ensure that the balance of beneficial bacteria is maintained at all times.
Take two (2) capsules every morning before breakfast, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
