5-Hydroxytryptophan or 5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino acid, a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin & an intermediate in tryptophan metabolism. The body produces 5-HTP from tryptophan, an amino acid found in small amounts in high-protein foods such as chicken, fish, beef and dairy products. 5-HTP is believed to help increase serotonin production in the brain, which may positively influence mood, sleep and appetite. 5-HTP may also help with other health issues related to serotonin deficiency.

Other Ingredients: Gelatine (Bovine), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica

Suggested Usage:
Take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
